The map in the Sberbank Online application becomes more functional, new bank products and ecosystems appear on it, which a person can use offline, plan their route and time.

Everyone wants the card to become more than just a tool for finding ATMs and offices, but to become an assistant when searching for places and planning the day.
The research
Understanding users
Now users are experiencing difficulties with planning, as they need to keep a lot of diverse information in their heads. In order to somehow remember this to everyone, they have to resort to the help of mobile applications, which in turn bring more inconvenience, since users constantly have to switch between them.
As a research method, I used in-depth interviews to identify the true motives of consumer behavior. So I talked to 14 users to:
💡
Understand how people plan their route and day
Explore the user experience with navigation apps, both positive and negative
Find out how people save time and money
After all the interviews conducted, it was possible to draw conclusions:
💡Route planning
Respondents from large cities mostly combine personal and public modes of transport. Their choice is influenced by traffic jams, distance and travel time to the end point.
Respondents mostly use multiple services for route planning (Yandex Maps, Yandex Navigator, Yandex, Metro, Transport Yandex, 2GIS, Google Maps, Maps Me, Waze, etc.)
🖊 Task planning
The majority of respondents (11 out of 14) do not use special services for daily planning and make a choice in favor of handwritten notes (10 out of 14) (it is convenient and quick to write down important things for themselves, without wasting time filling in unnecessary data in a special service) and standard applications for phones - calendar and alarm clock (7 out of 14) (it is convenient to receive reminders about the task).
Many respondents (4 out of 14) emphasized the importance of task reminders and the possibility of customizing them for themselves (the interval, the device on which the signal / vibration is output)
🖊 Leisure planning
Most respondents, when choosing a place for leisure, pay attention to its location (remoteness), reviews (11 out of 14), photos, an average receipt. Many noted that before making a decision, they search for information on different services in the form of collections / ratings (Internet resources).
In most cases, they prefer to view information about the place (interior photos / reviews) on Instagram (profile, highlights) and add their favorite places to their personal thematic collections (4 out of 14)
